Standard visits are 60 minutes and scheduled quarterly. Acute concerns are addressed through prompt, focused visits as needed. Members with acute concerns have same-day or next-day appointment access, along with 24/7 access to their physician for urgent concerns.

We do not bill insurance for membership or office visits, and there are no visit copays within membership. We work directly for our patients. Outside services may have separate charges or insurance arrangements.

Yes. Membership is not health insurance. Maintain coverage for services outside the practice, including emergency care, hospitalization, surgery, and specialist care.

Eligibility depends on current tax rules, your account or plan, and the services covered by your agreement. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax adviser before using HSA or FSA funds. Our team can provide additional documentation upon request.

We offer in-office blood draws and help coordinate laboratory and imaging services. Your physician helps you understand the options, including available cash pricing and use of insurance at outside providers where applicable. Optional labs, imaging, genetic testing, and cancer screening are additional; confirm coverage and cost before proceeding.

We do not set a fixed cap on medically needed visits within membership. Your physician helps determine the appropriate timing and type of follow-up based on your care needs.

We offer annual membership rather than standalone visits. Monthly payment options are available for the annual commitment. The membership agreement explains enrollment, payment, and cancellation terms.

Selected medications may be available through the practice when clinically appropriate. Availability, dispensing or delivery arrangements, and prices vary by medication. Ask our team about the specific prescription; medication costs are separate from membership.

Your hospital team manages inpatient care. We can communicate with that team, help coordinate care, and support your transition after discharge. Courtesy visits may be possible at selected hospitals on weekdays, but are not guaranteed or a substitute for inpatient management.

VO₂ max and resting metabolic rate testing are included annually, and InBody measurements are available as needed. Your physician helps interpret results in the context of your medical history and goals.

Physician management of hormone and weight concerns is included. Medications, procedures, and optional tests are additional. These options are available exclusively to concierge members.
