While we do not accept insurance, our commitment to providing exceptional and patient-centered healthcare remains unwavering.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept any insurance. We work directly for our patients. There are no co-pays for visits.
Do I still need insurance?
We are not a substitute for insurance. We encourage our members to have active
health insurance policy in case of serious injury or illness requiring surgery or
hospitalization.
Are these services HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) deductible?
Our fees are for providing healthcare, including labs and appointments. They are not
retainer fees. They do qualify for HSA/FSA spending and can also be eligible for
business expense deductions. We recommend reaching out and discussing this with your accounting professional.
What about medical testing such as labs and imaging?
We draw and process labs in-house, delivering faster results, streamlined coordination, and unmatched convenience. We have also partnered with imaging services to offer common diagnostics at cash prices (often, this equates to one-third of the price that insurance bills). We can also utilize your insurance to order necessary testing at in-network providers. We will navigate this for you and provide transparent pricing to enable you to decide the best option on where to get the testing done.
How many visits are included in my membership?
As many as you require or need–we do not believe in putting a cap on your healthcare visits at Peak Concierge Care. With a smaller overall patient panel between each
doctor, we are here for you whenever you need us.
Can I try the service for a few months, or come for single visit?
We are only offering annual enrollment at this time. When you become a member,
you are eligible for all services for a rolling calendar year.
Do you offer medications in the office?
We are pleased to offer several common antibiotics and steroid medications at very
low cash prices. We pride ourselves with the convenience of this option to eliminate
the need to go to a pharmacy for acute ailments. We also offer common generic
medications for long-term health management at competitive pricing that may beat
your insurance coverage. Transparent pricing is always available upon request.
If I get hospitalized, will my doctor come and see me?
While we cannot offer acute care management during hospitalization, we are able to
monitor your stay and communicate with your in-patient team during your hospital stay. This allows us to
advocate for your best treatment plan and be readily available at discharge to continue
coordinating your care. We will happily come see you for a courtesy round if
hospitalized at select hospitals during weekdays.
